2. What data we collect We only collect the personal data you voluntarily provide via the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. We do not collect data through tracking, profiling or advertising technologies.

Purposes and legal basis Your data is processed exclusively to (a) respond to your enquiry, (b) provide further documentation about the property, and (c) arrange a private viewing where appropriate. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries about the property (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors Enquiries are transmitted by email to the owners and to their designated representative, Bizzi Media (info@bizzimedia.nl), who acts as a data processor for the technical handling of enquiries on the basis of a data processing agreement. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. International transfers Your personal data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). No transfer of personal data to countries outside the EEA takes place.
6. Retention period Submitted enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request, and for a maximum of 24 months after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
